The Farm Residence is a private family estate located in Canada on a vast plot of more than 40 hectares. Our team – architects, visualizers, and interior designers – joined the project at the foundation stage, shaping its architectural character and overall design vision.

Conceived as an ideal retreat for a socially active family, the residence is designed to welcome friends and relatives while showcasing a refined standard of living. The extensive grounds include a variety of amenities such as tennis courts, a sports bar, and several recreational areas. The main building, with an area of approximately 17,000 square feet, accommodates multiple functional zones including a kitchen, pool area, barbecue terrace, and a gaming lounge.

A key design principle is the seamless integration of the architecture into the surrounding natural environment, supported by the thoughtful selection of materials. Our team applied deep expertise in ecological, nature-conscious design, resulting in an aesthetic where functionality, durability, and simplicity come together effortlessly. Many decorative elements, carpentry pieces, and material details are custom-crafted directly on-site.

The overall style embraces a restrained, honest palette – wood and concrete form the core, refined with subtle brass accents that underscore the minimalist elegance of the residence.
