This project was created at the beginning of the pandemic as an architectural response to global challenges related to safety, mobility, and quality of life during periods of restrictions.

The residential complex is designed in a gallery-type layout, allowing each apartment to be accessed in several ways, reducing contact points and improving circulation. All roofs are designed as cascading terraces, offering outdoor walking and leisure opportunities even during lockdowns.

The architectural concept incorporates cascades, open terraces, spacious galleries, and elevators, forming a comfortable and highly adaptable living environment.

Beyond residential spaces, the complex features an extensive public program, including restaurants, gyms, beauty salons, and medical studios. Dedicated areas are planned for coworking spaces, polyclinics, preschools, and creative studios.

All public facilities can operate in a limited-access mode during quarantine thanks to individual entrances from the outside through the gallery system.

The project showcases how contemporary architecture can adapt to new realities, creating safe, flexible, and sustainable urban environments.
