The principles of "hospitality" have become defining factors for the architectural and material decisions throughout the entire project. This house is located in Novi Petrivtsi, near Kyiv. During discussions and conversations with the client, two concepts were developed - one bright, and the other in cool tones. The clients chose the bright option, which turned out to be quite contrasting. The design of the townhouse is minimalist and accentuated, without unnecessary details.
It is a two-story townhouse, with the children's room and the parents' bedroom located on the upper floor, and a spacious kitchen-living room on the first floor. The clients, who appreciate active accents and contrasts, decided to add a beautiful green wall and decorative panels. The colorful furniture contrasts well with the black steel fireplace in the living room.

Proposal for the reconstruction project of a multi-storey residential building located in the city of Kharkiv, in the northern Saltivka district, at 78 Natali Uzhviy Street. The building has suffered significant damage and requires reconstruction to provide accommodation for existing and potential residents. The project proposes preserving individual parts of the building and replacing damaged sections using Speedstar modules. The building facade will be restored using insulated Kingspan panels.

Safe rooms (Mamaki - Merkhav Mugan Komati) are secure rooms located on each floor for residents to stay in case of danger. The "Under the Voice" project is a competition proposal for the construction of a kindergarten and a 1-9 grade school in the city of Lviv. Located on a plot with a complex slope, the school is designed with accessibility for people with limited mobility in mind, ensuring comfortable access.
The planning concept is developed based on the idea of functional-age sequence, where zones and room blocks are organized according to age groups. This allows for an educational process with a gradual transition from younger to older classes, creating psychological comfort for children and an efficient process for educators.

The overall architecture features a 3/4-story building with dominant façades of assembly rooms. Functional blocks are integrated into a unified structure, where each block progressively decreases in elevation by one level. Elevators in each block provide unimpeded access for people with disabilities. Each block has separate lobby entrances, including a separate entrance for first graders. This helps regulate flows and adjust access control systems, ensuring convenience and safety for students.
